Good location / Reasonably priced hotel

The Days Inn in Palm Springs is conveniently located on North Palm Canyon close to downtown Palm Springs. The property includes an outdoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean but old, not updated at all. There's an excellent restaurant adjacent to the Days Inn that serves breakfast and lunch

Diamond in the rough

This hotel was lovely! Fantastic pool deck and hot tub area that was very well maintained. The guest rooms were very comfortable and provided for all of our needs. The rooms, though very clean, are a bit dated. Breakfast was not provided. Service from front desk at check in was standard. Nothing special. We would stay here again. Good value for the price

Basic Accommodations

Rooms are basic. The one thing I did love was the pool. I am a swimmer and was able to swim a mile on both of my days there. The air conditioning was a bit loud for me. You can also hear toilets flushing which is very loud. Noise from the room upstairs was also loud

Pleasant Stay

I stayed in this hotel because of the very good price compared to other places in Palm Springs. It was about a 5 minute drive from the main downtown strip and basically anything else you're going to want to do in the area. It has lots of parking. The restaurant on site is only open for breakfast and lunch (last call at 1:45pm) but there are a million places to eat within a walk or drive. The pool was warm and clean with lots of seating around the edges as well as lawn chairs and fresh towels. There are shaded areas and a hot tub (but I didn't use that.) Vending machines are at the pool but I didn't use it. it's only a short walk from any hotel room. The room itself was nice - it could use a bit of a face lift. The only issue I had was I couldn't open the sliding door to the little chairs outside the room. I also couldn't get the pool gate open the first day but the concierge fixed that with a key exchange. Wifi was not great but it probably depends on where you are. Over all I enjoyed it and even stayed an extra night than originally planned. I felt safe there at night and during the day. It was very quite and had a comfy bed and lots of stations on the TV. The staff I dealt with were all helpful and nice. I would definitely come back and recommend it for budget-friendly or solo travellers
